    My name is Jean-Charles. I am French. My wife and I have lived in the US for 20+ years. During a trip to Europe in 2012, we decided to pursue our dream: own an apartment in Paris. The road to get there was long, tedious and expensive. It took many trips and a few headaches. On Sept 25 2015, our dream became a reality.

I have purchased many properties in France over the past twenty five years - ranging from Paris (my favorite place in the world) to the sunny French Riviera and charming Alsace, Lorraine.

     

    I love sitting in my home in Paris while enjoying a glass of wine. What a feeling! It is hard to describe it but there is something very magical about Paris.
